Taiyo Yuden Co., Ltd., was established in 1950 around the time we first succeeded in bringing barium titanate ceramic capacitors to market. Over more than half a century since then, we have grown with the electronics market, leading the way with quality capacitors, inductors, circuit modules, and optical recording media such as CD-Rs and DVD-Rs. Our corporate network now extends to many parts of the world, with manufacturing bases in Japan, South Korea, China, the Philippines and Malaysia, and sales offices in the United States and a number of countries in Europe and Asia. 

Our company's electronic components are installed in a wide variety of devices, including, of course, computers, cell phones and televisions. The Taiyo Yuden Group will continue to produce the "seeds of dreams" by developing and manufacturing ideal products that improve the quality of life everywhere.
