Specialty Coating Systems offers two precision dip coating systems for coating printed circuit boards in non-automated product settings. The P-3201 is a stand-alone floor model with an 19" x 25" tank, and the PL-3201, a tabletop unit designed for lab and short-run operations, has a 14" x 18" coating tank.

The SCS P-3201 is a precision dip coating system for coating of printed circuit boards in a non-automated production setting. This system can be used to apply urethane, epoxy, silicone and acrylic coatings as well as photo-resists and solder mask materials to printed circuit boards.

This efficient dip coating system uses a staionary tank and an air-over-oil cylinder mechanism to move circuit assemblies into and out of the coating tank. A stainless steel tank cover minimizes vapour loss.

The SCS P-3201 makes efficient use of coatings and ensures complete coverage on both sides of coated assemblies. Accurate immersion control eliminates need to mask areas that remain above the dip line.
