The Sayaka SAM-CT12BGA router type PCB separator is a fully automatic machine with loader & unloader to separate collective PCB (BGA,CSP,etc) with high accuracy by router cutting. It is suitable for small collective PCB such as BGA.CSP, MCM, camera module, VCO, TCXO, Bluetooth, card PCB and One-segment module.
