The Sayaka SAM-CT1520DFA dry slicer type (in-line) PCB separator is a fully automated dicing type separator with high speed and high accuracy. It suitable for cutting small and highly densed PCB such as VCO, TCXO, BGA, CSP, MCM, Camera Module, Card PCB, Sensor PCB, etc.

  

 

Features
  • Image Processing Function is installed. High speed cutting with 20 - 200mm/sec. Cutting width 0.1 - 0.5mm.
  • Complete Unmaned Machine is realized by installing Magazine Loader Unloader as standard equipment.
  • Least stress is given on Component PCB because of using blades for cutting.
  • Water supply and drainage equipment is not needed without using water, which will lead to no harm to the environment and realizing the reduction of running cost.
  • As PCB is fixed on Jig with vacuum adsorption, UV tape, etc are not needed and the cost can be reduced.
  • Detection Function for damage and wear of blade is installed. Safe cutting can be done by electricity removal blow.
  • Various blades can be selected. (GC, Diamond, Metal Saw)
  • Each operation is done by PC and any error is shown on Monitor Guidance.
