The Sayaka SAM-CT22NBS/SAM-CT23NBS is a router type PCB separator aiming at high productivity. It is suitable for production lines as a lot of daily production sheets and frequent kind changes are required.

 

 

 

 

Features
  • Supply/Taking out of PCB can be done during cutting by using a high accurate Index.(Tact time shortened)
  • Productivity is improved a lot by using automatic Open/Close Cover opening the above/right & left side.
  • It is possible to render easy Teaching by confirming images on PC with image processing function.
  • Various modes such as Recognition Mark Correction, Skipping NG PCB, etc are installed with image processing function.
  • The life of blades is indicated in terms of distance and automatic switch for maximum 5 steps can be done (improvement of blade life).
  • As component PCB can be cut with low stress, it can protect production for NG PCB during cutting.
