Solderstar WaveShuttle Plus Temperature Profiler Accessory

Designed to work in conjunction with an existing SolderStar Plus temperature profiling system, the SolderStar WaveShuttle Plus is a low cost solution addressing the needs of manufacturers who have occasional wave soldering requirements. By simply connecting the existing heatshield and datalogger to the fixture, SolderStar Plus users can quickly and easily extend process control and monitoring to their wave soldering applications.

The WaveShuttle Plus accessory can be used to assist with initial wave solder machine and process set-up, plus the system provides the perfect platform for ongoing process and machine performance comparisons, which can then be effectively controlled via preventative maintenance.

Consisting of a simple fixture fitted with specially designed high speed sensors, the system allows users to take full advantage of the advanced wave solder analysis tools present in the Profile Central software, including the unique graphical Wave Process Checker and integrated product database.
