Zevac's DRS 20 is a standard machine with an outstanding price/performance relation. For manual positioning and accurate placement, when flexibility for application and economy are the main considerations. Provides easy to use, multi-event process control of all critical parameters including temperature, gas flow rate, Z-Axis position, event duration and thermocouples.

The DRS 20 was designed for customers who require BGA rework capability but have a limited budget. The DRS 20, a mid-range, vision-based rework system, offers exceptional optics and unique process features. The DRS20 guarantees high flexibility and operating convenience for accurate alignment of all SMD/BGA and fine-pitch components.

The unique, camera-based Beam-Splitter Optical System (A) with integrated Zoom lens and 14" color monitor provides both full component viewing (B) and Total Area Viewing (TAV).

A wide range of Hot Gas Nozzles is available for selective soldering and desoldering of standard and special SMD components.
